Teq is coming to ISTELive 2024! We are so excited to be traveling to the Rocky Mountain state for one of the largest education technology events of the year! The International Society for Technology in Education will be having their annual conference from June 23-26 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.
The conference includes four full days of exhibitors, keynote speakers, professional development sessions, and plenty of opportunities to meet fellow educators and technology innovators. Teq will be featured as an exhibitor at this year’s conference, so come see us at booth #1973! Make sure to keep up with us on our Teq ISTE landing page.

Day 1 sessions
Differentiated SEL Check-Ins with Google

The past few years have been difficult for students and teachers. Participants will explore creating differentiated (SEL) check-ins using Google tools such as Slides, Forms and Jamboard. Visual and text-based options will be explored and incorporating Bitmojis and emojis for younger students or students with special needs.
Think Outside the Trash Can

Activities utilizing robotics are fun and engaging for students. They can also involve a lot of consumables. Think outside the trash can and transform discarded materials into an exciting creation!

Esports – What and Why Do We Need This

Esports is one of the major trends in schools today. Esports engages students by meeting them in a medium they are comfortable with at home. There are many benefits for students such as the ability to learn and practice vital soft skills that will translate into future career skills.
Tools to Support Digital Book Cover Creation

Students already know that an impressive cover can make a book stand out on the shelf. This session will cover how you can challenge your students to be illustrators by designing their own digital book covers. We’ll dive into the different programs out there and describe their features!
