We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our supply chain in our Huntington Station office. This role requires a unique blend of logistical precision, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of purchase orders and software licensing with collaborative problem-solving to resolve vendor discrepancies.

Responsibilities in this Role

Departmental Liaison- daily interaction with Sales, Pricing, Warehouse, Field Technicians, and Technical Support to ensure everyone has the tools they need.
Own the full lifecycle of purchase orders, from initial requisition to verifying vendor invoices and credits.
Manage and maintain all aspects of software orders and licensing certificates with high attention to detail.
Contact suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve shortages, missed shipments, or invoice discrepancies.
Maintain real-time accuracy in our tracking systems for all contracts and deliveries.
Support the department with unique procurement challenges as the business evolves.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Exceptional attention to detail and a completionist mindset—you don’t leave tasks half-finished.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
SAP B1 experience is a significant plus.
The ability to communicate professionally with external vendors and internal stakeholders alike.
A proactive attitude and the capacity to adapt quickly in an evolving environment.

What We Offer

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (Commensurate with experience)
