SMART Learning Suite Online (SLSO) can be used as a stand-alone product, or can be integrated with Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft Teams, Canvas, and more.

A feature of SMART Learning Suite Online that we like to draw attention to is the option for teacher-paced and/or student-paced learning. While delivering lessons to students synchronously via hellosmart.com, a teacher is able to control the pacing of the lesson by selecting the teacher-paced mode. This allows the teacher to guide a student to content and activities while providing direct instruction. Then, after a simple toggle to student-paced mode, students can explore the resources and complete activities at their own pace while the teacher is facilitating the lesson.

• Teachers can navigate through the lesson while connected students will see the same pages as the teacher while in the teacher-paced mode.
• Students can complete activities and either move ahead when completed or refer back to resources needed to complete an activity while in student-paced mode.
• At any time the teacher can pull students back to a page they want them to see, such as a Shout It Out or Response assessment.
• This pacing feature is for when you’re using SMART Learning Suite for direct or synchronous instruction.
• From your SMART Dashboard, you can create a link to share with students so they can access the content and complete activities/handouts outside of class directly from your SMART dashboard.
