Google has gone through a few different names for their educational package and has now rebranded G Suite for Education into Google Workspace for Education. In addition, they have developed different tiers of Google Workspace for Education, some available now and others will be available in the near future.
Here are the Google apps you can access within Google Workspace for Education

Let’s explore the new Google tiers
The current free edition of G Suite for Education will be changing its name to Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals. Schools that are currently using this free edition will not see any changes other than the name. They will still have access to basic collaboration tools such as Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, and more as well as communication features such as Gmail and Meet.
Google Workspace for Education Plus is the new name for G Suite Enterprise for Education. If your school is already a G Suite Enterprise for Education customer, you’ll automatically roll over to Google Workspace for Education Plus. This tier offers more advanced security and analytic features including more robust live streaming, roster synching between Classroom, and other student management systems.
Google Workspace for Education Standard will also be a paid for service and is coming shortly. This tier will offer enhanced security features through their Security Center as well as advanced features to better manage mobile devices.
The final paid tier, arriving soon, is the Teaching and Learning Upgrade. This tier will build on the others and add enhancements to Google Meet features as well as improved Classroom options including add-ons and unlimited originality reports.
