Putting the “A” in STEAM: Process Art in Early Education
“Putting the A in STEAM, Process Art in Early Education” will be held on Monday, June 24 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM at ISTE. The session room is 120BC.
ISTE People’s Choice winner. In this interactive lecture participants will explore the how to incorporate technology into process art with various mediums and technology in an early childhood education classroom. Participants will get experience working with technology in both the screen and non-screen form and take away several lesson plan and activity ideas.
If you are interested in participating in this session, attendees should bring their own devices. This session will use the Sphero Edu app and the Inredibox app.

For Students: Creative Communicator
- Students choose the appropriate platforms and tools for meeting the desired objectives of their creation or communication.
For Educators: Facilitator
- Model and nurture creativity and creative expression to communicate ideas, knowledge or connections.
- Manage the use of technology and student learning strategies in digital platforms, virtual environments, hands-on makerspaces or in the field.
